Mesquite Turkey Garden Wrap


1 oz pesto cream cheese

1 lavasch wrap

3 oz MESQUITE TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin

1 oz Havarti cheese, sliced thin

1 oz spring mix lettuce

1/2 oz asparagus spears, blanched and julienne cut

1/2 oz carrot, blanched, julienne cut

1/2 oz Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced

1/2 oz Vidalia onion, shaved



Spread cream cheese evenly over the entire wrap.

Evenly place the ingredients on the wrap. Leave a 2-inch area clear at the top of the wrap.

Roll up the wrap, tucking in ingredients, as tightly as possible.

Chill until service. Cut into small rounds for appetizers.
