Ingredients

1/4 oz bakers yeast

2 1/2 c bread flour

1 c water, lukewarm

1/4 tsp sugar

2 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp basil, dry

3 oz green chile paste, (see recipe in database)

1 medium onion, sliced

12 oz SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, shredded

1 c Pepper Jack cheese, grated

1 c Mozzarella, shredded

1 red pepper, roasted, seeded and peeled

Pizza Dough





  1. Prepare dough (with first eight ingredients) using straight dough method and rise once, punch down and roll into 14" circle or use commercial 14" frozen pizza shell.





Pizza Topping





  1. Spread on Green Chile Paste 



  2. Top with onions and turkey.



  3. Top with cheeses and arrange red peppers attractively on top.



  4. Bake on stone at 375 degrees F for 12-14 minutes. Cut in eight slices.
