Mexican Turkey Dip

Ingredients

1 lb GROUND TURKEY

1 Package (1-1/4 oz) reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix

Vegetable cooking spray

1 c salsa

3 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1/2 c nonfat sour cream

1 c grated reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

2 tbsp minced green onions

2 tbsp sliced black olives

24 No-salt corn chips

In large nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté turkey 5 to 6 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink; drain. Stir in seasoning mix.


Spread turkey mixture in 9-inch square baking dish, lightly coated with vegetable cooking spray. Top turkey mixture with salsa.


In small bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream. Spread mixture over salsa and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until bubbly.


Garnish with green onions and olives. Serve with chips.
