1 lb GROUND TURKEY
1/2 c tortilla chips, crushed
1/2 c hot and thick chunky salsa
1 Can (4 oz) green chilies
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 c chunky salsa
1/4 c sour cream
In medium-size bowl combine turkey, chips, salsa, chilies, oregano, pepper and egg.
Shape turkey mixture into 6-inch round loaf and place in 9-inch pie plate coated with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and it is no longer pink in center.
Meanwhile, combine salsa and sour cream together. Cover and chill until service.
To serve, cut loaf into 4 wedges and top each with salsa topping.
