1 TURKEY DRUMETTE (WINGS)
4 Slices onion
4 Slices green pepper
1 Envelope onion c-of-Soup mix
Prepare grill for direct-heat grilling. Over hot coals, brown turkey drummettes 5 to 7 minutes per side, if desired. Meanwhile, prepare an 18-inch square of heavy duty aluminum foil for each drummette.
Arrange onion and green pepper slices in center of foil; top with drummette. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and close packets securely so juices will not leak.
Grill drummettes over hot coals for 1 hour, or until juices of drummette run clear when deeply pierced with a fork.
Halfway through cooking, turn drummette packets over and continue to cook
To serve, unwrap and remove to a plate.
NOTE: To cook in conventional oven, follow above instructions, but do not brown drummettes. Arrange packets in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Open packets and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until drummettes are brown and juices run clean when pierced deeply with a fork.
