3 Slices French bread, sliced diagonally
1 tsp olive oil
1-1/2 oz remoulade Cajun-style mayonnaise
1-1/2 oz Monterey Jack Cheese with jalapeño, sliced thin
6 oz spinach, wilted
3 oz OVEN ROASTED BREAST OF TURKEY, sliced thin
2 oz red peppers, seeded and julienne cut
3 oz yellow tomato, sliced
3 oz avocado, thinly sliced
3/4 oz TURKEY BACON, cooked and crumbled
Brush each French bread slice with olive oil and spread with mayonnaise. Cover with cheese. Place under broiler or salamander just until cheese is melted.
Add ingredients in the following order: spinach, turkey breast, red peppers, tomato, avocado and bacon.
