Open Faced Turkey Barbecue Sandwich

Ingredients

3 c SHREDDED COOKED TURKEY

1 c bottled barbecue sauce

1/2 c reduced-sodium chicken bouillon

1 Can (11 oz) corn with red and green peppers, drained

4 Slices Texas-style toasted bread

Directions


 



In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine turkey, barbecue sauce, bouillon and corn. Cook 5 minutes or until mixture is heated throughout.


To serve, spoon barbecue evenly over each slice of toast.
