Marinade:
1 c soy sauce
3 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp dark sesame oil
1/4 c dry white wine or sherry
2/3 c water
50 1 oz each turkey tenderloin medallions
3 oz butter substitute for broiling
As needed: pineapple, melon or kiwi for garnish, sliced
Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, pepper flakes, oil, wine, and water and mix well in a bowl.
Add medallions and marinate 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
To Order: Apply butter substitute to broiler. Broil 5 medallions for 1 minute per side.
Place 5 medallions on plate. Garnish as desired with fresh fruit slices.
