24 (6-inch) sourdough hero rolls, split
1 c unsalted butter
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c Dijon mustard
3 lbs OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
3 lbs TURKEY HAM, thinly sliced
3 lbs Jarlsberg cheese, thinly sliced
112 Slices Bread 'n Butter pickle slices
3 c sliced ripe olives, drained
1 c unsalted butter, softened
For each sandwich: Spread both inside surfaces of sourdough rolls with 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
Layer each bottom half with 2 ounces each of turkey, turkey ham and cheese.
Top with 8 slices of pickle and 2 tablespoons ripe olive slices.
Top with remaining roll halves.
Per order: brush top and bottom surfaces of rolls with 1 teaspoon softened butter.
Cook on flat top grill under a weight until golden on first side. Flip over and cook second side under weight until golden.
