Ingredients

Burgers:

• Ground Turkey 85/15 2 Pounds

• Panko Breadcrumbs 1 ½ Cup

• Whole Egg 1 each

• Fresh Chopped Parsley 2 Tbsp

• Granulated Garlic 2 tsp

• Granulated Onion 2 tsp

• Kosher Salt 2 tsp

• Ground Black Pepper 1 tsp

• Dried Sage 1 tsp

• Dried Thyme 1 tsp

• Better Than Boullion Turkey 1 Tbsp

• Water 2 Tbsp

• Turkey Bacon 12 Slices

Cranberry BBQ Sauce:

• Cranberry Sauce Canned 2 Cups

• Ketchup 1 Cup

• Light Brown Sugar 1 Cup

• Honey ½ Cup

• Apple Cider Vinegar ½ Cup

• Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp

• Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp

• Granulated Garlic 2 tsp

• Ground Ginger 2 tsp

• Kosher Salt 1 tsp

• Ground Black Pepper 1 tsp

• Ground Cinnamon ½ tsp

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

2. In a small mixing bowl whisk together the whole egg with the fresh chopped parsley, granulated garlic, granulated onion, kosher salt, ground black pepper, dried sage, dried thyme, turkey bouillon, and water.

3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with the egg mixture and mix well to evenly combine all the seasonings.

4. Mix in the panko breadcrumbs, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

5. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.

6. Evenly line the loaf pan with the turkey bacon so that there is about an inch of the turkey bacon hanging over the side of the pan.

7. Press in the turkey meatloaf mixture, then fold the turkey bacon around the meatloaf.

8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the meatloaf pan on the tray; place in the oven and cook for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

9. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes, then carefully flip the loaf pan upside down onto the baking tray with parchment so that the flat side is now the top. Baste the top of the meatloaf with about 2 Tbsp of cranberry BBQ sauce and return the meatloaf to the oven for 5 minutes to set the BBQ sauce.

10. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and transfer to a platter or cutting board to slice and serve with additional cranberry BBQ sauce and your favorite Thanksgiving fixings!

Cranberry BBQ Sauce:

1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart sauce pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

2. Simmer for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally until the ketchup thickens and flavors are married.

3. Once the BBQ sauce has thickened, transfer to a blender and puree smooth.

4. Cool and store in a food safe and airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
