2 ripe plantains, peeled

Use with South American-Style Turkey Thighs recipe.
Cut plantains in half crosswise and cut lengthwise into 1/8-inch slices.
Arrange plantain slices on 10-X 15-X 2-inch baking sheet, lightly sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Spray top of plantains with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
