1/2 lb TURKEY HAM, cubed
1 Can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 Large each red and green peppers, tops and seeds removed
As needed melba toast rounds
In food processor bowl, fitted with metal blade, process turkey until finely chopped.
Add pineapple, mayonnaise, mustard, cinnamon and clove; process until well blended. Store in a covered bowl and chill.
To serve, spoon mixture into hollowed-out red or green peppers and accompany with melba toast rounds.
