Quick Buffalo Style Turkey Salad



1 lb COOKED TURKEY BREAST, cut into 1-oz pieces

4 oz Red Hot Chicken Wing Sauce

12 oz romaine lettuce, cleaned, dried and coarsley chopped

4 oz celery, sliced, on the bias 1/4-inch thick

6 oz blue cheese dressing

2 oz sourdough croutons



Marinate cooked turkey in Red Hot Chicken Wing Sauce for 30 minutes.

Remove turkey from marinade, discard marinade and deep-fry turkey until crispy brown.

While turkey is cooking, toss romaine and celery with blue cheese dressing.

Remove turkey from fryer and drain on clean paper towels.

Divide lettuce onto chilled plates and top salads with hot turkey. Sprinkle salads with sourdough croutons.
