4 c uncooked rainbow rotini
3 c COOKED TURKEY BREAST, cut into small cubes
1/4 c sweet purple onion, finely chopped
1/4 c sweet yellow pepper, seeded and chopped
1-1/2 c broccoli floweretts, blanched and cooled
1/2 c zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
3/4 c blueberries, washed and drained well
1 c grape tomotoes, washed and drained well
1-3/4 c tomato/garlic dressing
Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, toss together the pasta, turkey, vegetables and fruit.
Add dressing and toss together gently. Cover and chill for at least 1-2 hours.
Toss again before serving. Garnish as desired.
