1 Recipe BASIC TURKEY BURGER PLUS, recipe follows
4 hamburger buns, toasted
4 Slices Swiss cheese, (about 1 oz each)
4 tbsp sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
4 tbsp Russian or Thousand Island dressing
Prepare BASIC TURKEY BURGER PLUS recipe
When burgers are cooked, but still in skillet or under broiler, top with cheese; cook just until cheese melts.
To serve, place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top each burger with 1 tablespoon sauerkraut, 1 tablespoon dressing and top half of bun.
