Ingredients

3 c water

12 lbs GROUND TURKEY

16 eggs, lightly beaten

3 lbs seasoned bread crumbs

12 oz ketchup

2/3 c dried minced onions

2/3 c green pepper, seeded and chopped

1/4 c prepared mustard

2 tsp black pepper

1 Pint barbecue sauce

Directions


 



Combine water, ground turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, onions, green pepper, mustard and black pepper; mix thoroughly.


Divide evenly between two 12x20x2-inch baking pans. Spread 8 ounces barbecue sauce over the top of each.


Bake 1 hour in a preheated 350 degree F. oven until the internal temperature of 165 degrees F. is reached.


Yield: each pan provides 24 slices.
