1 lb LEAN TURKEY SAUSAGE, Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces
2 Medium Bell Peppers, Seeded And Coarsely Chopped
2 Medium Yellow Onions, Coarsely Chopped
1 (14-1/2 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
1 c Sliced Celery
2 lbs TURKEY THIGHS, Skin Removed And Cut Into Large Chunks
1 (1.3-oz) Package Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning
1 c Cold Water
1/4 tsp Red Pepper, Ground
1/2 lb Large Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
1-1/2 c Instant Rice
Place sausage, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and celery in slow cooker.
Top with turkey thighs.
Combine seasoning mix, water and red pepper until blended.
Pour over turkey. Cover slow cooker.
Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
Gently stir in shrimp and rice.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes longer on HIGH or until shrimp turn pink and rice is tender.
