1 lb Turkey (ground & skillet-cooked OR oven-roasted & diced to ¼ inch)
1 ½ c Reserved turkey broth
2 (15.5 oz) Cans Great Northern Beans; drained
1 (16 oz) Can Garbanzo beans; drained
¾ c Onions, chopped
2 tsp Fresh garlic, minced
1 (4 oz) Can Mild green chilies, chopped and drained
3 tbsp Fresh jalapeños, chopped fine
1 tbsp Light chili powder
2 tsp Ground cumin
Shredded cheddar or Jalapeño cheese
Fritos® Scoops Corn Chips
Combine main ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on medium for at least 4 hours.
Top individual servings with shredded Cheddar or Jalapeño Jack cheese, as desired.
Serve with Fritos® Scoops.
