30 oz Perfect L’attitudes Slow Roasted TURKEY Tinga

15 oz instant mashed potatoes

15 oz instant brown gravy

30 oz mixed vegetables

24 oz pinto beans

30 oz canned tomatoes, diced and drained

1 tsp each kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

15 c hot cooked white rice


Cut turkey into 1/2-inch diced pieces.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions. Spoon cooked potatoes into a 2-inch full size steamtable pan.

Prepare gravy according to package directions.

Mix together turkey, gravy, mixed vegetables, beans, tomatoes and salt and pepper.

Layer turkey mix over mashed potatoes in the steamtable pan. Cover with foil.

Cook in a preheated 350 degree F oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 30 minutes.

For each serving: portion 1/2 cup cooked rice and ladle 4 ounces turkey stew atop rice.
