14 oz pizza dough

3 oz Alfredo sauce, reduced and thickened

3 oz SMOKED TURKEY, cut in strips

8 oz whole milk Mozzarella cheese, grated

12 Slices red ripe tomato, cut 1/4" thick

1-1/2 oz TURKEY BACON, precooked & cut in 1/4" pieces

1 oz red onion, cut in 1/8" slices & sectioned into rings

1 oz Romano cheese, grated



Form pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Form a rim on crust to hold in sauce.

Ladle pizza with thickened Alfredo sauce.

Evenly distribute smoked turkey around pizza.

Top with Mozzarella, covering entire surface of pizza.

Place 8 tomato slices around the outside of the pizza and 4 slices in the center.

Evenly distribute turkey bacon around pizza.

Cover pizza with onion rings.

Top with Romano cheese.

Cook pizza at 550 degrees F for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown.

Cut pizza in 8 slices.
