Ingredients

2 c SMOKED WHITE TURKEY MEAT, diced

3 Large eggs, hard-cooked and peeled

2 tbsp dry sherry

1/2 tsp chili powder

3 Sprigs fresh parsley

3 tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

In food processor bowl, fitted with steel blade, process turkey, cooked eggs, sherry, chili powder, parsley, mayonnaise, salt and pepper for 30 to 60 seconds or until mixture is smooth.

Place in bowl, cover and chill until serving time. Serve with vegetables.
