1/3 c light cream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp sweet hot mustard
1-1/2 tsp fresh dill weed, chopped
4 Slices pumpernickel bread, crusts removed
12 oz each SMOKED TURKEY BREAST SLICES, cut in half
As needed fresh minced dill, for garnish
In small bowl combine cream cheese, mustard and dill. Spread mixture evenly over bread slices. Cut each bread slice into thirds lengthwise. Cut each third in half crosswise.
Roll each turkey slice half into a cornucopia shape. Dip larger edge or cornucopia in dill to garnish edge of turkey. Arrange turkey cornucopia rolls on bread sections.
