1 Large avocado, peeled and chopped
1/4 c finely chopped cucumber
3/4 c picante sauce
As needed nonstick cooking spray
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 lb TURKEY BREAST FILETS OR CUTLETS
Combine avocado, cucumber and picante sauce in a medium bowl and stir together. Cover and refrigerate.
Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat.
Combine garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper in small bowl and mix well. Rub mixture evenly on one side of each filet; let stand 15 minutes.
Grill turkey 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the centers and food thermometer inserted in centers reaches 165 degrees F.
Serve with Avocado Salsa.
