St. Patrick’s Day Sandwich



3 8-inch rounds Irish soda bread, split

2-1/4 lbs TURKEY PASTRAMI, thinly sliced

18 oz Irish smoked Blarney cheese, sliced

6-8 oz wholegrain mustard with Irish whiskey



Spread mustard on top and bottom halves of soda bread. Top with layers of turkey pastrami and Blarney cheese. Cover with top half of soda bread.

Cut each round into 6 wedges and serve with potatoes and a fruit garnish.
