1 (5.33-oz) FROZEN TURKEY BURGER, grill flavored
1-oz slice Swiss cheese
1 tbsp thinly sliced fresh scallions
1-oz thinly sliced fresh mushrooms, lightly sautéed
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Kaiser roll, split and toasted
1 tbsp sour cream
1 to 2 leaves romaine lettuce, washed, drained and chilled
2 Thin slices red ripe tomatoes
Per order: place frozen turkey burger on lightly oiled, preheated grill/griddle. Cook 5 to 7 minutes per side, flipping at least twice. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Place 1-ounce slice Swiss cheese atop hot burger and allow cheese to melt. Add scallions and mushrooms.
Spread mustard on bottom half of each roll.
Place burger on roll and top with a generous dollop of sour cream.
Serve lettuce and tomato on side as garnish or on Kaiser roll.
