1 Can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/3 c light brown sugar, packed
1/3 c cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
5-6 Drops hot sauce
3 lbs TURKEY BREAST HALVES
Combine all ingredients, except turkey, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Place turkey breast in foil-lined baking pan. Pour sauce over turkey; cover and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator. Turn turkey pieces occasionally in sauce. Remove from refrigerator.
To Grill: Spray grill with vegetable oil. Place turkey breasts bone side down. Grill until browned, about 7 minutes; turn and baste. Continue grilling about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.; turn and baste frequently.
To Bake: Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Baste occasionally. Remove foil during last 20 to 30 minutes of baking.
