1/3 c freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 c tequila
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 (8-oz) TURKEY TENDERLOINS, cut into julienne strips
1 Medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 Medium green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
4 to 6 flour tortillas, warmed
Mix first eight ingredients together. Add tenderloins and marinate, in the refrigerator, for up to 4 hours.
Saute tenderloins until cooked throughout.
Grill peppers and onions.
Assembly turkey and vegetables in tortillas. Roll up tightly.
