2 lbs GROUND TURKEY
1 Package (1-oz) dried onion soup mix
1/2 c ketchup or tomato juice
2 tsp prepared or dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
8 Hamburger buns, lightly toasted
In large bowl, combine turkey, soup mix, ketchup (or tomato juice), prepared mustard (or dry mustard) and pepper.
Shape into 8 patties approximately 4 inches in diameter.
Grill or broil about 4-inches from heat, in a preheated grill or broiler, cook turkey burgers about 5 minutes per side, turning only once. Cook until no longer pink in center and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F.
To serve, place burgers on buns.
