Deli Turkey


1 c mayonnaise

1 tbsp vegetable base

1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

1/4 tsp minced fresh garlic

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

3 Slices artisan panini bread

4 oz SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced

2 to 3 Slices red ripe tomatoes

2 Slices thick honey smoked bacon, cooked and well drained

1/2 oz baby spinach leaves, chilled

As needed homemade French fries


Chive Mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until thoroughly blended. Cover and hold for service in the refrigerator.

Sandwich Assembly

Spread one side of each slice of bread with a light coating of chive mayonnaise.

On a cutting board, place one bread slice with mayonnaise side up. Build sandwich by layering bottom bread slice with sliced turkey, top with tomato slices, second bread slice, bacon strips and spinach leaves.

Cover all with third bread slice, mayo side down. Cut sandwich into thirds.

Serve with homemade French fries.
