Triple Turkey Pizza Hors D’oeuvres

1 (12-inch) pizza crust, unbaked

4 oz thick pizza sauce

2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese

6 oz TURKEY BRATWURST, cooked and chopped

6 oz SMOKED TURKEY, chopped

6 oz GROUND TURKEY, cooked and drained, if necessary

1/2 c fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 tsp paprika

2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted



Cover pizza crust with sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella.

Cover 1/3 of pizza crust with turkey bratwurst, 1/3 with smoked turkey and 1/3 with cooked ground turkey.

Sprinkle with cilantro and paprika.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place pizza on preheated pizza stone or pan, in the center of the oven.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and all ingredients are hot.

Cut into serving size pieces. Garnish with pine nuts and serve hot.
