2 lbs TURKEY CUTLETS, cut into 3/4" cubes
3/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c whole milk
3 c plain potato chips, crushed
2 c prepared guacamole or onion dip
Soak wooden skewers in cold water or use metal skewers.
Thread 3 turkey cubes onto each skewer.
Mix mayonnaise and milk together.
Roll turkey, first in mayonnaise mix, then coat with potato chip crumbs.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven until cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, rotating skewers to allow for even browning.
Serve with guacamole or onion dip. Serve 2 to 3 skewers per plate.
Also makes a fun entree for children to help prepare.
