Ingredients

1 oz yogurt dressing

1-1/2 oz honey

3 oz cooked rice

4 oz HONEY CURED SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, skinless and cubed

1/2 oz pecan halves, toasted

Dash fresh mint, chopped

As needed fresh strawberries, melon and pineapple chunks, garnish

Directions

Mix together yogurt dressing and honey until smooth.

Arrange rice on chilled entrée plate. Place turkey on rice; top with pecans and garnish with mint.

Serve with fresh strawberries, fresh melon and pineapple chunks.
