6 c prepared poultry gravy
1 (72 Count) Bag commercially prepared pierogies (potato and American cheese filled pasta)
1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
2 lbs COOKED or PULLED TURKEY, diced
Prepare gravy using package directions.
Cook full size frozen pierogies in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. (Pierogies will float when they are done.)
Heat vegetables, turkey and gravy to 165 degrees F.
Place all ingredients in steam table pan and mix gently to combine.
Hold for hot service at 140 degrees F or higher.
Serve 3 pierogies and #6 scoop turkey and vegetables.
