About this Dish

Let’s just say this Turkey Apple Brie Sandwich is an un-brie-lieveable combo. Creamy brie cheese, crunchy apples and savory deli turkey breast create the layers of this turkey sandwich, all topped off with a healthy dollop of sweet and zippy honey mustard. This grown-up take on the classic turkey sandwich will please even the most discerning palate!

8 slices multigrain bread

1 c baby spinach

1/4 c red onion, sliced thin

8 oz deli-sliced roasted turkey

4 tbsp honey mustard

1 red apple, cored, cut in half and sliced

1/2 an 8 oz. wheel of brie cheese, thinly sliced


Lay the bread on a cutting board in two rows of four slices.

On four of the slices of bread, place a small handful of spinach and top with a few slices of red onion.

On each sandwich, layer on the slices of turkey and spread 1 tbsp of honey mustard.

Place the apple and brie on the turkey and top it off with a slice of bread.

Wrap to take on the go…

Place each sandwich in the center of a rectangular sheet of parchment, wax paper or deli paper.

Gather the top and bottom edges of the paper together over the center of the sandwich and line them up. Fold the edges down, creasing them so they stay together until they are flush with the sandwich.

Holding the sandwich in place, take the ends one at a time and press the opposing edges to the center, forming a pleated triangle. Once that feels secure, fold the ends under the sandwich.
