Turkey Breast with Burnt Almond Sauce



1 tbsp slivered almonds

1/2 c peach yogurt

1 tsp curry powder

3/4 lb FULLY-COOKED NO-SALT TURKEY BREAST, sliced into 3-oz portions



In small nonstick skillet, over medium heat, toast almonds until very brown. Remove and cool.

In small bowl combine almonds, yogurt and curry powder. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve sauce over sliced turkey.
