1 lb FRESH LEAN GROUND TURKEY
1 (0.7 oz) package dried Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c (2 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz)
1/2 c jarred tomato sauce
1 tbsp fresh thinly sliced basil
4 Squares rosemary focaccia, split
Preheat grill. In mixing bowl, combine ground turkey and Italian dressing mix. Mix well. Form into 4 patties.
Grill burgers 7 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into center of burger registers 165 degrees F. Top each burger with shredded cheese about 3/4 of the way through grill time.
Meanwhile, heat tomato sauce on stovetop or in microwave oven.
When burgers are done, remove from grill and place each on bottom half of focaccia squares.
Top each with about 2 tablespoons of sauce and 1 tablespoon of basil. Cover with focaccia top and serve.
