Turkey Corn Salad



1 lb FULLY-COOKED OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

1 Can (8 oz) reduced-sodium corn, rinsed and well drained

3/4 c chopped green pepper

1/2 c chopped celery

1/4 c chopped green onions

1/4 c sliced black olives

1/4 c non-fat mayonnaise

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp prepared mustard

1/4 tsp paprika

Garlic, minced l Large clove



In large bowl combine turkey, corn, green pepper, celery, green onion and olives.

In small bowl blend mayonnaise, parsley, sugar, vinegar, mustard, paprika and garlic to make dressing.

Fold dressing into turkey mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
