Turkey Croissant Melt with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 c stone ground mustard

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 c sour cream

1 tbsp mayonnaise

As needed butter, clarified

1 Medium green pepper, seeded and sliced

1 Medium red pepper, seeded and sliced

1 Medium yellow pepper, seeded and sliced

1/2 Medium white onion, sliced thin

1-1/2 c button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

6 croissants, sliced in half

18 oz OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin and held warm

12 Slices Swiss cheese

Directions

Stone Ground Mustard Sauce

Mix two mustards, sour cream and mayonnaise together. Cover and chill.

Sandwich Assembly

Sauté peppers, onions and mushrooms in butter.

Open croissant and toast under broiler.

Place 3-ounces turkey on each croissant bottom, top with sautéed vegetables and 2 slices Swiss cheese.

Place under preheated broiler and broil until cheese is melted.

Serve with a side of the mustard sauce.
