8 oz rotini pasta, cooked and drained
1/2 lb TURKEY FRANKS, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 c yellow squash, cut into 1/8-inch slices
1 c zucchini, cut into 1/8-inch slices
1/2 c reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
1/3 c green onions, sliced, including green tips
1 tbsp dried parsley
3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 Clove garlic, finely minced
1 c cherry tomatoes, cut in bite sized pieces
In large bowl combine pasta, franks, squash, zucchini, dressing, onion, parsley, Italian seasoning and garlic. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, fold in tomatoes.
