Turkey Gravy with White Wine and Garlic

Ingredients

2 (.87-oz) packages TURKEY GRAVY MIX

1/4 c all-purpose flour

2 c cold water

1/4 c dry white wine

1 c TURKEY PAN DRIPPINGS or TURKEY BROTH

1/4 tsp garlic powder with parsley

1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves

Directions


 



Combine gravy mix and flour in large saucepan over medium heat. Gradually stir in water and turkey drippings with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in garlic powder and thyme.


Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil.


Immediately reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. (Gravy will continue to thicken upon standing.)
