Turkey Ham and Cheese Strata



10 c French bread cubes

1 lb BLACK FOREST STYLE TURKEY HAM, cut in 3/4-inch cubes

12 oz broccoli florets, cooked just until tender & drained

12 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

8 large eggs, Or substitute 16 oz. processed egg product

3-3/4 c milk

2 tsp dried marjoram, crushed

1 tsp dry mustard

2 tbsp fresh chives, snipped



Place half of the bread cubes in a greased full size steam table pan. Top with turkey ham and drained broccoli. Sprinkle with Cheddar and Jack cheeses. Arrange remaining bread cubes on top.

In a large bowl, whip together the eggs, milk, marjoram, mustard and chives.

Pour egg mixture over bread cubes. Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.

Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 325 degrees F. oven until custard sets or for about 55-65 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
