1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c sliced green onions
3 tbsp margarine
1 Can (15 oz) creamed corn
2 c skim milk
1/8 tsp pepper
2 c 1/2-inch cubes TURKEY HAM
2 c instant potato flakes
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sliced green onion tops
In 3-quart saucepan, over medium-high heat, saute peppers and onions in margarine 4 to 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in corn, milk and pepper; bring to boil and remove from heat. Fold in turkey ham and potato flakes. Pour into 9-inch square casserole dish lightly coated with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese and onion tops.
Bake at 375 degrees F. 25 minutes or until bubbly.
