Turkey Ham and Pineapple Boats



1 Package (3 oz) chicken-flavored instant Oriental noodle soup mix

1-1/3 c TURKEY HAM, cut into 2x1/4-inch strips

1/3 c thinly sliced green onion

1/3 c prepared mango chutney, chopped

1/4 c water chestnuts, sliced

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

2 Small pineapples

2 tbsp almonds, toasted


Prepare soup mix according to package directions. In medium bowl, combine noodles, turkey ham, green onions, chutney, water chestnuts and cayenne pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Just before serving, cut pineapples in half lengthwise. With a grapefruit knife remove pineapple from skin. (Reserve skins for serving.) Cut pineapple into 1/2-inch cubes.

Add 3 cups pineapple cubes to turkey ham mixture.

To serve, spoon turkey ham mixture into reserved pineapple skins; top with almonds.
