6 Slices TURKEY BACON or 6 oz TURKEY SAUSAGE or 1/4 c TURKEY HAM
4 Large eggs
1/4 c low-fat milk
1/2 c shredded Italian cheese blend, DIVIDED
1 (12-Inch) pre-baked pizza shell
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place pizza pan or large sheet pan into oven to preheat.
Chop turkey bacon, turkey sausage OR turkey ham into 1/4-inch pieces. Over medium heat, in a large, heavy nonstick skillet, cook bacon, sausage or ham.
In a medium bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Pour into skillet with turkey. Cook and stir until eggs are set but still moist. Quickly remove from heat and stir in 1/4-cup shredded cheese.
Remove preheated baking pan from oven. Place pizza shell on pan. Spoon turkey mixture atop pre-baked pizza shell, spreading evenly over crust. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and all ingredients are hot throughout.
Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
