12 oz pineapple preserves
1/4 c prepared mustard
1/4 c horseradish
1 c ketchup
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/3 c margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c water
1 c flour
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1-3/4 tsp salt
2 lbs TURKEY BREAST, boneless, skinless & cut in 1" cubes

Mix pineapple preserves, prepared mustard and horseradish together in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat until all ingredients are warm. Cover and keep warm.
Mix ketchup, ground mustard, brown sugar, vinegar and margarine together in a saucepan. Cook over gentle heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture is heated throughout. Cover and keep warm.
Mix eggs and water. Add flour, sesame seeds and salt. Mix well.
Dip turkey nuggets in batter, drain excess batter.
Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Fry nuggets in small batches in hot oil for approximately 5-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
For an entree, serve 4 ounces nuggets (about 6-7 nuggets} per person. Offer each sauce as an accompaniment.
Or serve on a tray, as an appetizer, with the pineapple and royalty sauces.
