1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c green onions, sliced
2 tbsp margarine
2 c TURKEY BROTH or reduced-sodium chicken bouillon
1 c orzo pasta, raw
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
2 c COOKED TURKEY, cubed
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté mushrooms and onions in margarine for 1 minute. Add turkey broth and bring to boil.
Stir in orzo, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes or until orzo is tender and liquid has been absorbed.
Stir in turkey and heat throughout.
