1 (2-oz) Italian Herb flatbread
Olive oil cooking spray As needed
1/2 c pizza sauce
3 oz thinly sliced TURKEY PEPPERONI
1 c shredded Mozzarella and Provolone, Italian cheese blend
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Lightly coat both sides of flatbread with olive oil cooking spray. Place on large nonstick baking sheet.
To crisp flatbread, bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce over partially baked flatbread, spreading to the edges. Arrange pepperoni slices evenly across flatbread. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano.
Return pizza to oven and continue to bake 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts and all ingredients are hot.
Cut into 16 wedges or squares.
