Turkey Ranch Hors D’Oeuvres


2-1/2 c COOKED TURKEY BREAST, chopped

1/4 c cream cheese, softened

1/4 c ranch dressing

1/2 c fresh chopped cooked spinach, well drained

1/4 c chunky salsa

2 tbsp chopped pecans

6 (8-inch) flour tortillas



Mix turkey, cream cheese, ranch dressing, spinach, salsa and pecans together. Blend until smooth.

Spread mixture on each tortilla to within 1/2-inch of edges.

Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Slice into 1/2-inch slices. Serve on a chilled platter with fresh herbs for a garnish.
