1 c chunky salsa with chipotle
1 (15-oz) Can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 c frozen whole kernel corn
1 c COOKED TURKEY, chopped
14-oz TURKEY BROTH OR low-sodium chicken broth
Sour cream and/or chopped fresh cilantro As needed
In a large saucepan, combine salsa, black beans, corn, turkey, and broth. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Garnish each serving with sour cream and cilantro.
