1 lb TURKEY SAUSAGE
1/3 c onion, thinly sliced
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Package (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
1-1/2 tbsp flour
1 c skim milk
4 oz egg noodles, cooked according to package and drained
In a 10-inch non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute sausage, onion, garlic and vegetables until sausage is no longer pink.
Stirring constantly, add flour and cook 2 minutes. Stir in milk and cook until thickened. Reduce heat to low, fold in noodles and cook until heated throughout.
